2019 ALUMNI GAME : Saturday, May 18, 2019 8pm - Ice Vault Arena
There is an intangible common bond among former William Paterson hockey players. Perhaps it is the friendships and memories of playing for such a historic team; maybe it is a sense of personal pride and accomplishment for some. Maybe it was the opportunity to continue to play the game they love in college. Whatever the reason, during the past 35 years, over 500 men have had the privilege of being a Pioneer hockey player, coach, manager, or trainer. As alumni, our group would like to "give back" a little of what we got out of the program at William Paterson.
The William Paterson Hockey Alumni are looking to create a reliable and supportive group. The primary purpose of the group is threefold: To help promote the Pioneer Hockey program in the community; to financially assist the team in areas not covered by the regular SGA budget and thirdly, to draw Alumni together socially for an annual game.
As former members of the William Paterson Hockey Team, we know that a player's time with the team will be a tremendous experience and that lifelong friendships will result. Hopefully, as an Alumnus of the future, you will help to carry on the proud Pioneer tradition for many years to come.
We feel that it is essential to maintain the lines of communication between alums, coaches, and current team members. Hopefully, this website will assist in that effort.
